Evaluation of the Administration of the Student Care and Support System According to the Quality Cycle of Educational Institutions in the Network of the Children and Youth Development Fund in Remote Areas under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service

Abstract
This research aims to 1) evaluate the status of the student care system operation of educational institutions in the network of the Child and Youth Development Fund in remote areas under the Office of the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area 2 and 2) develop guidelines for the development of the student care system operation of educational institutions in the network of the Child and Youth Development Fund in remote areas under the Office of the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area 2. The research format is a survey research. The sample consists of 149 school administrators and teachers in the 2023 academic year and 7 qualified interviewers. The research instruments are a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.70 and an interview form. Data are analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results found that
1) The administration of the student care system of educational institutions in the network of the Child and Youth Development Fund in remote areas under the Office of the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area 2 is at a high level overall.
2) Guidelines for the development of the administration of the student care system found that 2.1) In terms of setting directions or strategies Educational institutions should hold a meeting to clarify and create understanding of the roles and duties of the 3 operating committees. 2.2) System and operational planning: Educational institutions should check communication information, such as telephone numbers or Line, to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date. 2.3) System operation: Educational institutions should systematically collect screening data in the cumulative records of both classes and schools. 2.4) Inspection and evaluation: Educational institutions should promote, develop, supervise, monitor, and support teachers’ activities to be effective continuously.
