Abstract

Research on guidelines for developing the administrative efficiency of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization.The objectives of this research are: 1.Study the factors affecting the guidelines for developing the administrative efficiency of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. 2.Study the problems and obstacles in the administration of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization and find solutions.The study was conducted on personnel of the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. Including civil servants, contract employees, and contract employees, totaling 205 people, by specific sampling.

The research results found that:

1) The quality of the tools was determined by calculating the IOC value, which yielded an IOC value of 0.7. The research results found that the factors affecting the development of administrative efficiency of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization are as follows: 1.Organizational structure and personnel management having a clear management structure and developing personnel skills are important to increase the efficiency of the PAO.Training and developing personnel capabilities will help the administration be effective.2.Internal communication having a good communication system within the organization helps coordination to be smooth and decisions to be made quickly and correctly. 3.Effective budget management the effective budget management of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization will help investment in various projects to be in accordance with the plan and meet the needs of the people. 4.Improving the public service system. Developing technology to provide more convenient and faster public services will help increase public satisfaction.5.Participation in local development activities. Encouraging people to participate in local development projects or activities will help increase sustainability and reduce conflict.

          2)Problems and obstacles in the administration of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization include: 1.Budget Shortage: the budget received from the government is often insufficient to operate or develop projects, which affects the quality of services provided to the people and the development of areas in the province. 2.Lack of quality personnel. Although there are personnel in the provincial administrative organization, some still lack expertise in various areas such as project management, development planning, use of technology in management,etc. 3.Lack of public participation: Sometimes, local people may not be encouraged to participate in decision-making or in working with the provincial administrative organization, which may result in operations that are not in line with the needs of the people.

3) Guidelines for solving problems. 1.Request budget support from the government by writing a budget request in advance and finding other budget sources from the income of the Provincial Administrative Organization. 2.Develop the potential of personnel through education, training, study tours, exchange of experiences and accepting quality personnel. 3.Create public participation covering all areas.
