A Model Development of the Student Support System Management at Hot Pittayakom School, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The research aims to 1) study the administration status of the student care system of Hotpittayakhom School 2) develop the administration model of the student care system of Hotpittayakhom School 3) evaluate the development of the administration model of the student care system of Hotpittayakhom School Qualitative research The main informants consisted of 17 people. The research instruments were in-depth interviews with content analysis.

          The research results found that

          1) Study the administration status of the student care system of Hotpittayakhom School. It was found that the school had a process to help students with depression. However, there were still problems in many areas, such as lack of personnel with specialized knowledge and lack of parental awareness. The school's administrators emphasized helping students, supporting budgets, projects and various activities.

          2) The development of the administration model of the student care system of Hotpittayakhom School found that the student care system must systematically summarize the various steps and report the results of the student care system in a tangible manner. Using the data and methods that have been implemented for further study will help evaluate whether the operations and measures are effective or not. Summarizing and reporting the results of the student care system therefore plays an important role in taking care of students effectively. By providing clear and systematic information for better decision making and improvement.

          3) Evaluation of the efficiency by in-depth interviews of the student care system model of Hotpittayakhom School found that the results were at the highest level. Principles, conditions for implementing the model, processes, factors affecting the student care system model of Hotpittayakhom School, feedback data were at a high level.
