Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the Promoting of Learning Management in the Digital Age of School Administrators in Disability-Specific Schools in Chiang Mai under the Office of the Special Education Administration and 2) study the development guidelines for promoting of Learning Management in the Digital Age of School Administrators in Disability-Specific Schools in Chiang Mai under the Office of the Special Education Administration The research design was a combination of methods. The population and sample consisted of school administrators and teachers in schools for the disabled in Chiang Mai Province under the Office of Special Education Administration in the 2024 academic year, totaling 142 people. Simple random sampling was used. The research instruments were a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95 and in-depth interviews with 5 experts. The purposive selection method was used. The research instruments were an interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of the research found that
1)Promoting of Learning Management in the Digital Age of School Administrators in Disability-Specific Schools in Chiang Mai under the Office of the Special Education Administration found that overall, it was at a high level.
2) Guidelines for developing the Promoting of Learning Management in the Digital Age of School Administrators in Disability-Specific Schools in Chiang Mai under the Office of the Special Education Administration found that school administrators should plan and set a clear vision, create and develop a curriculum suitable for each type of disabled child, support resources, budget, and create motivation for teachers to use digital technology in teaching and learning effectively, and be leaders in using digital technology to manage educational institutions and communicate with teachers, students, and parents.
