Management of Learning Resources to Enhance the Educational Quality in the 21st Century of the Khun Yuam-Mae Ngo Educational Quality Development Network Center, Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1"Muang District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the management of learning resources to enhance the educational quality in the 21st century and study ways to improve the management of learning resources to enhance the educational quality in the 21st century of the Khun Yuam-Mae Ngo Educational Quality Development Network Center, Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The population was 111 school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. The data was analyzed by determining frequency, percentages, means, and standard deviations.

The research results found that:

1)The management of learning resources to enhance the educational quality in the 21st century of the Khun Yuam-Mae Ngo Educational Quality Development Network Center, Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall, was at the highest level of practice,  when considering each aspect in descending order of average values, as follows: monitoring and supervision, use of learning resources planning, implementation of learning resources,  and improvement of learning resources,  respectively.

2) Guidelines for development of the management of learning resources to enhance the educational quality in the 21st century of the Khun Yuam-Mae Ngo Educational Quality Development Network Center, Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, including  in terms of planning for the use of learning resources, there should be a creating of a learning network between schools, communities, and organizations to exchange experiences and resources. In terms of the use of learning resources, the school should supervise and improve classrooms to have facilities that facilitate learning. In terms of monitoring and supervision, there should be monitoring and supervision the use of learning resources, regularly and friendly. In terms of improving the management of learning resources, determining guidelines for solving problems of learning resources, and the use of learning resources.
