Internal Supervision Management within the Digital Age School of School Administrators in Rimkok Interdisciplinary Area under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the supervision management in digital educational institutions of school administrators and 2) study the development guidelines for supervision management in digital educational institutions of school administrators in Rimkok Sub-district, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office by using a mixed research methodology, both quantitative and qualitative. The sample group used in the research was 210 school administrators and teachers, and in-depth interviews with 5 experts by purposive selection. The instruments were a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95 and a structured interview. Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation.
The research results found that:
1) The supervision management in digital educational institutions of school administrators in Rimkok Sub-district, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office was found to be at a high level in all aspects.
2) The development guidelines for supervision management in digital educational institutions of school administrators in Rimkok Sub-district, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that: 1) In terms of studying the current conditions and needs of supervision in educational institutions, the results of the analysis of the current conditions, problems, causes of problems, and needs were used as a basis. Set as activities and guidelines for supervision 2) In terms of planning for internal supervision in educational institutions, administrators use SWOT Analysis as a tool to analyze the current situation, problems and causes of problems from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles, and analyze trends of changes in supervision accurately. 3) In terms of internal supervision operations, digital technology is used in online supervision in educational institutions. 4) In terms of evaluation and reporting of internal supervision results, the evaluation results are summarized and the results of internal supervision reports are used to improve and develop the supervision guidelines.
