Integrating Buddhist Principles To Strengthen Operations According To The Agricultural Promotion Policy Of The Lao Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province.

Abstract

This research aimed to 1. Study the level of implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 2. Study the relationship between the principle of physical strength and the enhancement of the implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 3. To present the guidelines for integrating Buddhist principles to enhance the implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The research methodology used was a mixed-methods approach, consisting of quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to a sample group of 334 people. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Qualitative research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with 10 key informants using the content analysis technique by referring to personal words.

         The research results found that:

         1) The level of implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization was found to be at a high level overall (= 3.87, S.D. = 0.66). When classified by each aspect, all aspects were at a high level.

         2)The relationship between the principle of physical strength and the enhancement of the implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization was found to be positive. At the statistical significance level of 0.05, the research hypothesis is accepted.

         3) Integrating Buddhist principles to enhance the implementation of the agricultural promotion policy of the Le Yao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province, found that 1) Wisdom and physical strength support the continuous development of knowledge and understanding in agriculture and appropriate knowledge of technology. 2) Diligence and physical strength support farmers to access information and various knowledge and to prepare information for continuous monitoring. 3) Anavajjaphala seriously applies the sufficiency economy philosophy and creates cooperation in resource care. 4) Sangkhaphala support farmers to help each other and give importance to possible impacts.
