Social grants: guidelines for developing policies to promote community welfare in the future

Abstract

This article attempts to present the community-based participatory welfare systemin in the most effective development of future community welfare promotion policies, it was found that government policies, the objective was to relieve hardship and promote well-being for the advancement of the people's quality of life. The promotion of community welfare funds was one policy that used the area as a main factor to the people had the main role and an important instrument for creating a self-sufficient economy in the community. Social capital began with creating community welfare that responded to the needs for improving the quality of life of the people. It included the following essential elements: 1) The collaborative data management was the joint administration of data at all levels to ensure the effective utilization of data, 2) Linkage-based development focusing on collaborative networking for all sectors 3) The continuous monitoring and evaluation to drive further development and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of policies, 4)Community-based knowledge management can be seen as the development of people to improve methods, leading to the enhancement of quality of life. Therefore, relevant government agencies such as local administrative organizations, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Interior, and the Office of the Prime Minister etc. Which will have to review the previous welfare management, whether it reflects the true intent or not. How it can help reduce system complexity, lead to greater speed, people’s satisfaction and encouraging public participation in other matters.
