School Administration under the Sukhadee Me Kwam Suk Project of Schools in the Mae Soi Education Development Network Group, Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study School Administration under the Sukhadee Me Kwam Suk Project of Schools in the Mae Soi Education Development Network Group, Chiang Mai  Primary Educational Service Area Office 6 2) Study the development guidelines for school administration under the Sukhadee, Sukhmee project of the Mae Soi Education Quality Development Network School, Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 6, qualitative research format, population: school administrators and teachers, academic year 2024, 75 people, and 5 experts in the discussion, selected by specific method. The research tools were questionnaires with a reliability of 0.98 and group discussions. Data were analyzed by finding the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

          The results of the research found that

          1) The administration of educational institutions under the Sukadee Suksap project of the Mae Soi Educational Quality Development Network Schools, Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6, found that the convenience, comfort, cleanliness, hygiene, and beauty aspects were all at a high level.

          2) The guidelines for the development of educational institution administration under the Sukadee Suksap project of the Mae Soi Educational Quality Development Network Schools, Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6, found that 1) In terms of cleanliness, the toilet cleaning shift schedule was set, the duties were clearly divided, and the areas that needed to be cleaned were covered. Sufficient cleaning chemicals and equipment were provided. 2) In terms of convenience, the educational institution must improve facilities specifically for the elderly and the disabled to be more convenient. 3) In terms of comfort, the educational institution must improve the provision of toilets for the disabled and the elderly. 4) In terms of hygiene, the educational institution must solve the problem of water seeping into the septic tank during the rainy season to prevent the toilets from being full and the problem of odors coming back. 5) In terms of beauty, the educational institution listens to opinions about toilet use from feedback boxes or via electronic systems and from asking users. Herbs, flowers, and ornamental plants that absorb toxins and purify the air are used to decorate the outside and inside the toilets. 6) Implement the quality management cycle (PDCA) to manage the educational institutions of the Sukadee Suksuk project. There must be continuous development for educational management for safety.
