ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไป ได้แก่ เพศ ชั้นปี คณะ และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการประเมินความความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ 0.94 ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จำนวน 413 ชุด ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ แล้วนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (One Way ANOVA) การทดสอบ Brown-Forsythe และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD และ Dunnett’s T3 โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ลำดับแรก ด้านผู้สอน รองลงมา ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาพบว่า นักศึกษาที่เพศต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านหลักสูตร แตกต่างกัน นักศึกษาที่ชั้นปีต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจ ภาพรวม ด้านผู้สอน ด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล แตกต่างกัน นักศึกษาที่คณะต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน แตกต่างกัน และนักศึกษาที่เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจ ภาพรวม ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านผู้สอน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
