Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare satisfaction of student towards instruction at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The comparisons were classified by gender, class level, faculty, and grade point average. The sample was chosen by stratified sampling and separated by faculty amount 413 students. The instrument to collect data was questionnaire with the reliability value at 0.94. Using questionnaire to collect data and statistical methods to analyze data as means, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Brown-Forsythe test including Least Significant Difference and Dunnett's T3 test for multiple comparison test at a statistical significance of 0.05. The research finding showed that satisfaction of students towards instruction at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as overall were at high level, descending order of mean were the instructor, the curriculum, the instruction, the measurement and evaluation, and the support factor for instruction respectively. In terms of, the hypothesis testing’s result indicates that students with different gender had a different satisfaction towards the curriculum; in addition, students with different class level had a different satisfaction towards overall, the instructor, the support factor for instruction, and the measurement and evaluation. Moreover, students with different faculty had a different satisfaction towards the support factor for instruction; besides, students with different grade point average had a different satisfaction towards overall, the curriculum, the instructor, and the instruction at a statistical significance level of 0.05.
