ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERISTICS, BUSINESS NETWORK, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, AND INNOVATION WHICH HAS INFLUENCED THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES IN PROCESSING AND FOOD PRODUCTS IN THAILAND

The objectives of research were 1) to study priority the importance, characteristics of entrepreneurship, business networks, innovation, organizational culture, and performance, and 2) to explore the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business networks, innovation, and organizational culture that influences the performance of processing community enterprises and food products. It was a quantitative research by using questionnaires as a tool. The samples were 250 entrepreneurs of the community enterprises in processing food and products. The analysis provided descriptive statistics for percentage, standard deviation, and inferential statistics were analyzed by using structural equation model.
The result of the research found that the factor of entrepreneurial characteristics was at the high level, followed by the business networks, innovation, organization culture. in addition, the performance results with all factors were at a high tevel. As for the results of the structural equation analysis was found that business networks had an influence on organizational innovation. The characteristics of entrepreneurship have influenced business networks. Innovation had an influence on performance. And finally, the organizational culture had an influence on the performance. As for business networks, there is no influence on the performance resutts with the consistency of Chi-Square 7.203/df=2.401/sig.=0.066/CFI=0.996/GFI=0.991/NFI=0.994/RMSEA=0.075. Every index meet the model criteria.
