Abstract

To develop the school into a healthy school, it can be seen through is a participatory action research. In order to improve a school practicum where is a place to train professional teacher experiences to be a healthy school through a professional learning community process, a case study of Thahan Akat Bamrung School, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province is selected. The group of informants used a purposive sampling: one administrator and fifteen full-time teachers. Interview and learning management plans were used as research instruments, assessed by experts. Prawit Eraworn’s healthy school assessment model collected the questionnaire data by interviewing in the small group, trying out the plans, leveling the development process and necessary skills were conducted. Then, data were analyzed by content analysis for frequency, percentage and level of expression.

            The research results as follows: 1) Before starting the PLC process, the school had a good practice of an organizational cultural capital, which showed a students’ development activities, consisting of a guidance, services, scout, and moral development activities, 2) Six learning management units of integrated plans were delivered to students distributedly at all levels, and 3) Healthy school assessment results revealed that the family happiness was the highest level  of 66.67 percent that needed to improve, which its elements were the environment happiness, and the student satisfaction. Moreover, after using the plans, students have increased their learning skills, life skills, health and morality.
