A MODEL OF WORLD-CLASS STANDARD SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL OFFICE IN NORTHEASTERN

Basic education administration is regarded as a key unit for contributing to lifelong learning continuity. The objectives of this research were to 1) study the effectiveness and management process, 2) establish and assess a management model, 3) evaluate the results before and after the model was applied, and 4) assess its suitability and possibility of the school administrative model with international standards under the Office of Secondary Educational office in Northeastern. The sample was determined by opening a Krejcie and Morgan table of 615 participants using a specific sampling. And the sample size of 30 percent of 99 population was 33 participants using simple random sampling. and target groups Specific methods were used to select a group of 17 international standard schools, a group of 17 experts, one volunteer school, by using a questionnaire. The confidence value was 0.994 (draft), management style contains two sets of model assessments, which one was examined for validity by 5 experts. Data were collected by postal mail, interview, and model trials. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to find the mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that overall effectiveness and management processes at a high level. The developed model consists of 5 components: 1) Principles and Reasons, 2) Objectives, 3) Structures and Materials, 4) Operational Guidelines and 5) Conditions for Success. After applying the model, the effectiveness was at the highest level which confirmed that the model can move to the real practice with suitability, and feasibility.
