การมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูอนุรักษ์ป่าโคกหนองโดนเพื่อเป็นแหล่งอาหารของชุมชน : เทศบาลตำบลหนองบัวสะอาด อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ประวัติชุมชนท้องถิ่นและแหล่งอาหารในป่า 2) บทบาทและการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กรและประชาชนในการจัดการทรัพยากรและการฟื้นฟูอนุรักษ์ป่า และ 3) หาแนวทางสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าโคกหนองโดนเพื่อเป็นแหล่งอาหารชุมชน ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร และเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสนทนากลุ่มซึ่งผ่านการตรวจคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน กับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 22 คน เป็นประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในบ้านโนนทองหลาง และบ้านหนองบัวสะอาด เทศบาลตำบลหนองบัวสะอาด อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รัฐธรรมนูญ ประมวลกฎหมาย และพระราชบัญญัติได้กำหนดให้รัฐ ชุมชนและประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าชุมชน ซึ่งองค์กรภาครัฐมีบทบาทในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนา การตั้งศูนย์ การตั้งคณะกรรมการ ส่วนประชาชนเชื่อว่าพื้นที่ป่าเป็นของตนเอง และรับรู้ว่ามีกฎ กติกา ข้อตกลงของชุมชนที่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการที่ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เสนอแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วม ดังนี้ 1) การสร้างการรับรู้ด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับป่าชุมชนแก่ประชาชน 2) การจัดสรรการใช้ประโยชน์จากป่าชุมชนให้เป็นสัดส่วน 3) การผสานความร่วมมือระหว่างบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน ตามหลัก “บวร” 4) การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชุมชนให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชน 5) จัดทำธรรมนูญป่าชุมชน
