ภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทยในการรักษาโรคความดันโลหิตสูง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทยในการรักษาโรคความดันโลหิตสูง จากแพทย์แผนไทย จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ที่มารับบริการ จำนวน 36 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าความตรงมากกว่า 0.5 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแพทย์แผนไทยโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ จำนวน 2 ครั้ง ห่างกันครั้งละไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เดือน และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้มารับบริการ 3-5 ท่านต่อแพทย์แผนไทย 1 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแพทย์แผนไทยส่วนใหญ่อธิบายว่าความดันโลหิตสูงเกิดจากความผิดปกติของธาตุลมและไฟ การรักษาเน้นการปรับสมดุลของธาตุ โดยพบวิธีการรักษาโรคความดันโลหิตสูง 4 วิธี คือ 1) จ่ายยาสมุนไพรรสสุขุม เช่น ยาหอมเทพจิตร ยาหอมนวโกฐ 2) การนวดเบา ๆ เช่น นวดฝ่าเท้า นวดคลายบริเวณคอบ่าไหล่ นวดศีรษะและใบหน้า 3) การพอกยาสมุนไพรรสเย็น เช่น ฟ้าทะลายโจร รางจืด พญายอ ย่านาง 4) การประคบสมุนไพร และพบว่าผู้มารับบริการส่วนใหญ่รักษาควบคู่กับแผนปัจจุบัน โดยเชื่อว่าจะช่วยควบคุมระดับความดันโลหิต และบรรเทาอาการแทรกซ้อน ดังนั้นควรมีการศึกษาประสิทธิผล และความปลอดภัย เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสนับสนุนการรักษา
