ศาสตร์ทางการเรียนการสอนที่ได้รับการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาสาระรายวิชาให้เป็นหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน โดยกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบูรณาการศาสตร์การจัดการกับศาสตร์คหกรรมในหลักสูตรประกาศนีบัตรแบบโมดูลของสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็นขนาดเล็กด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงและแบบอาสาสมัคร 49 คน ใช้หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรแบบโมดูล 5 หลักสูตร แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตร และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งได้รับการลงมติเป็นเอกฉันท์แบบเหมาะสม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการร่วมกับการทดสอบก่อนและหลัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้วยการทดสอบที และประเมินความพึงพอใจด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทุกหลักสูตรมีประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการและผลลัพธ์สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ โดยหลังการอบรมมีผลสัมฤทธิ์สูงกว่าก่อนอบรมทุกหลักสูตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรทุกหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม มีความเป็นไปได้ว่าหลักสูตรทั้ง 5 หลักสูตร สามารถนำไปใช้ฝึกอบรมให้กับผู้สนใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลและสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคม
