Principles of teaching and learning have improved the contents and curriculum to meet learners’ needs. This study’s objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the integration between Management and Home Economics in the Home Economics Certificate modular curriculum at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The sample was selected by using a non-probability purposive sample selection technique. There was a total of 49 participants in this study. The research instruments were five certificate modules, a curriculum evaluation and a satisfaction questionnaire. The content of these instruments was consensually agreed upon by a group of experts. Data were collected from the workshops using pre- and post-tests. The data were analyzed for their effectiveness using criteria of 80/80, a t-test for dependent samples, as well as mean and standard deviations in the satisfaction questionnaire. The results demonstrated that all the curricula had higher effectiveness in procedure and results than the set criteria. The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores with the statistical significance at the .05 level. All trainees were highly satisfied with all curricula. It was concluded that all the 5 curricula may be effectively used in the training of people who were interested in this field and that they created value for the society.
