การพัฒนานวัตกรรมและสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้โครงงานเป็นฐานบูรณาการกับแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นในชุมชน

การให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากประสบการณ์และถือเป็นโอกาสสำหรับการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ในชีวิตจริงของผู้เรียน มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัยที่ใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาครูและนักศึกษาให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ 2) ออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ 3) พัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรสมการอย่างง่าย คือ นักเรียน จำนวน 447 คน และใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง คือ ครูผู้สอนคณิตศาสตร์และครูพี่เลี้ยง จำนวน 17 คน นักศึกษา จำนวน 59 คน สังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบประเมินองค์ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ (ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.83) 2) แบบประเมินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 (ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.85) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2 ครั้ง พร้อมการทดสอบก่อนแลหลังการพัฒนา และวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย การทดสอบที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภายหลังการพัฒนาครูผู้สอน ครูพี่เลี้ยงและนักศึกษา มีการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา 2) ได้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานบูรณาการกับแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นในชุมชน จำนวน 17 เรื่อง และ 3) นักเรียนมีทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 อยู่ในระดับมาก แสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานกับแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นในชุมชน สามารถพัฒนาผู้สอนและผู้เรียนให้มีทักษะ ความรู้ และความเชี่ยวชาญการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
