DEVELOPING A LEARNING MANAGEMENT FOR STUDENTS IN THE 21st CENTURY

Abstract

Developing a learning management for the students in the 21st century processing was the under the Project Coupon for Teacher Development in year 2016. The objectives were 1) to develop the competence on learning management for the students in the 21st century, 2) to study of coaching and mentoring, and 3) to study the satisfaction toward curriculum. The targets were teachers under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education service Area 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and Secondary Education Service Area 31, the total of 78 people whom voluntaries for self-development. The research instruments were curriculum and complimentary documents on developing student’s learning management, the competency form, the coaching and mentoring evaluation form, and the satisfaction toward curriculum form. The instruments were qualified by the professionals. Data was analyzed by means and standard deviation. The research results were the ability of teachers on students’ learning management had very high level in the total, the ability of coaching and mentoring of school administrators and teachers from Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU), and the satisfaction of teachers opinions whom participating in Developing a students’ learning management had a very high level. The ability of coaching and mentoring of school administrators and teachers from NRRU by self-evaluating, had very highest level in the total. The results mean the developing a student’s learning management could be used in the classroom with general teacher working who have been promoted and supported to other schools.
