บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญของการทำวิจัยทุกประเภท เนื่องจากวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการวิจัยทุกขั้นตอน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกรอบแนวคิด วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การสรุป และรายงานผลการวิจัย วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยที่มีความชัดเจน และตรงประเด็น จะช่วยให้ผู้วิจัยได้คำตอบที่ตรงกับจุดมุ่งหมายในการทำวิจัย ส่งผลให้งานวิจัยนั้นมีความเที่ยงตรงภายใน และมีความน่าเชื่อถือ แต่หากผู้วิจัยกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยไม่ถูกต้องหรือ ไม่ชัดเจน อาจส่งผลให้วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเกิดคลาดเคลื่อน และผลการวิจัยไม่ตรงตามจุดมุ่งหมายการวิจัย บทความวิชาการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายหลักการ ส่วนประกอบ ตัวอย่างวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ระดับของวัตถุประสงค์ ความสัมพันธ์ของวัตถุประสงค์กับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการวิจัย พร้อมแนวทางในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เหมาะสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ครู ผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และนักวิจัยที่กำลังพัฒนาทักษะการทำวิจัย สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ และแนวทางการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยไปใช้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยได้อย่างถูกต้อง เหมาะสมด้วยตนเอง
