Public Satisfaction in the Service of the Police Stations Development Project for People: A Case Study of Si Thep Provincial Police Station, Si Thep District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract

       This research aimed to1) study public satisfaction in the service of the police stations development project for people: a case study of Si Thep Provincial police station, Si Thep district, Phetchabun Province. 2) compare public satisfaction in the service of the police stations development project for people: a case study of Si Thep Provincial police station, Si Thep district, Phetchabun Province in terms of gender, age, education, occupation, average monthly income and the number of times that use the service on the station. The sample group was people who used the services of Si Thep Provincial police station, Si Thep district, Phetchabun Province. The samples group include people who use the services of The Sithep Police Station 153 persons. The instrument was a set of 5-point rating scale questionnaires, the value of confidence is .847. Statistical data was analyzed by a computer program. The statistics adopted for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. T-test for a sample of 3 or more, analyzed by one-way ANOVA and F-test when it was found to be different, using Fisher's formula.

        The findings were as follows: 1) public satisfaction in the service of the police stations development project for people: a case study of Si Thep Provincial police station, Si Thep district, Phetchabun Province. Overall, it found that satisfaction was at a high level. 2) compare public satisfaction in the service of the police stations development project for people: a case study of Si Thep Provincial police station, Si Thep district, Phetchabun Province in terms of gender, age, education, occupation, average monthly income and the number of times that use the service on the station, as a whole and each aspect was found not different.
