Effectiveness of Government Procurement Operations with Electronic Government Procurement (e - GP): A Case Study of Maharaj Water Operation and Maintenance Project, Regional Irrigation Office 10

Abstract

             The purpose of this study is to 1) study effectiveness of government procurement operations with electronic government procurement (e - GP): a case study of Maharaj water operation and maintenance project, regional irrigation office 10 and 2) compare effectiveness of government procurement operations with electronic government procurement (e - GP): a case study of Maharaj water operation and maintenance project, regional irrigation office 10. The sample used was the procurement officer of the registered establishment with the royal irrigation department, of Maharaj water operation and maintenance project, regional irrigation office 10, 60 persons. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire, the confidence value of 0.08360. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and F-test and paired comparison by Scheffe' test.

            The finding indicated that 1) effectiveness of government procurement operations with electronic government procurement (e - GP): a case study of Maharaj water operation and maintenance project, regional irrigation office 10. Overall were at a high level, they could be in descending order of their means as follows: control, leadership or motivation, organization and planning 2) compare effectiveness of government procurement operations with electronic government procurement (e - GP): a case study of Maharaj water operation and maintenance project, regional irrigation office 10. By gender, monthly income There was no significant difference. Age, education level, marital status has a statistically significant difference at .001. The types of entrepreneurs had a statistically significant difference at the level of .01.
