Problems in the Performance of Narcotics Suppression Officers Bang Pahan Police Station, Bangpahan District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

           This research aims to 1) study problems in the performance of narcotics suppression officers Bang Pahan police station, Bangpahan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. 2) comparative of problems in the performance of narcotics suppression officers Bang Pahan police station, Bangpahan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. By gender, age, education, occupation, average monthly income and operating period. The samples group include narcotics suppression officers Bang Pahan police station, Bangpahan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province 66 persons. The tool used was a questionnaire that contained a confidence level of 0.85. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The results of this research are as followed: 1) study problems in the performance of narcotics suppression officers Bang Pahan police station, Bangpahan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, overall were at a high level, ranked in descending order: management, Policy on the prevention and suppression of narcotics, defense and suppression and personnel, respectively. 2) comparative of problems in the performance of narcotics suppression officers Bang Pahan police station, Bangpahan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. When classified by gender and age, it was no different. Occupation, education, average monthly income and operating period were different.
