The Implementation of Good Governance for Procurement Management of Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality, Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphan Buri Province

Abstract

          This research aims to study the implementation of good governance for procurement management of Khao Phra subdistrict municipality, Doem Bang Nang Buat district, Suphan Buri province. The population in this study are the executive, government officials and community committees of 8 communities of Khao Phra subdistrict municipality, Doem Bang Nang Buat district, Suphan Buri province. Samples include 1) government officials 2) the executive 3) Community Committee 122 persons. A questionnaire was the tool used to collect the data with a confidence level of 0.977. This analysis of the data was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.

            The study found that: the implementation of good governance for procurement management of Khao Phra subdistrict municipality, Doem Bang Nang Buat district, Suphan Buri province overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side in descending order of mean: 1) the principle of transparency 2) the rule of law 3) the principle of morality 4) the principle of participation 5) the principle of responsibility and 6) the principle of value.
