Good Governance of Buddhist Scripture Schools, General Education, in Bangkok, under the Jurisdiction of the National Office of Buddhism

Abstract

         This research aims to study and compare the opinions of teachers on administration by good governance of Buddhist scripture schools, general education, in Bangkok, under the jurisdiction of the national office of Buddhism. Using sample teacher of Buddhist scripture schools, general education, in Bangkok, under the jurisdiction of the national office of Buddhism total 55 people. Obtained by determining the sample size from the table example size of Krejcie and Morgan (1970: 607) and perform Stratified Random Sampling and draw lots. The research instrument was a questionnaire, was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The information data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.

The research findings that

1. the opinions of teachers on administration by good governance of Buddhist scripture schools, general education, in Bangkok, under the jurisdiction of the national office of Buddhism as a whole aspect was in high level. (= 4.20). Considering each aspect, found that it was found that the highest mean was the principle of transparency high level (= 4.24). Followed by the value principle was in high level (= 4.23) and the lowest average is the participatory principle at a high level.


2. The comparative results of comment of teacher on administration by good governance of Buddhist scripture schools, general education, in Bangkok, under the jurisdiction of the national office of Buddhism. Classified by sex, age and education level were found, teachers with different genders, ages and educational levels had opinions on the administration by good governance of Buddhist scripture schools, general education, in Bangkok, under the jurisdiction of the national office of Buddhism overall and each aspect was found not different.
