The Decision Making on Becoming the Membership of Lopburi Sugar Cane Farmers Association, Khok-Samrong, Sa-Bot

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the samples’ level of understanding on working operations of Lopburi Sugar Cane Farmers Association, Khok-Samrong, Sa-Bot; 2) study the samples’ level of decision making to become the membership of the association; and 3) study the correlation between the understanding of the association’s working operations and the decision making on becoming the membership of the association. The samples were 400 sugar cane farmers who were the current members of the Lopburi Sugar Cane Farmers Association, Khok-Samrong, Sa-Bot. The questionaire which had the reliability level at 0.852 was used to collect the data, and the data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard diviation, correlation test and regression analysis.
The results found that: 1) The level of the samples’ understanding on the working operations of the Sugar Cane Farmers Association was, in overall, at the high level; 2) The level of the samples’ decision making to become the memebership of the association was also, in overall, at the high level; and 3) There was the correlation between the samples’ understanding of the working operations and the decision making to become the memebership of the association.
