The Role of Future Military Leaders to Create a Happy Organization of the1st Combat Command, Koh Chan District Chonburi Province

Abstract

The military leaders of the Thai Army conveyed from the US Army's ADP 6-22 Field Service Manual. The Royal Thai Army has adapted the manual following the roles and duties of domestic military leaders. The 1^st Army Support Command is a unit under the Royal Thai Army where commanders also serve as commanders rather than demonstrating mercy. The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze the role of future military leaders in creating an organization of happiness 1^st army support command Koh Chan district Chonburi province; 2) create the role of the future military. Leader of 1^st army support command Koh Chan district in Chonburi province, which are potential prospect in analyzing the role of future military leaders, create an organization of happiness and a model for future military leaders. Three key informant groups, including a group of supervisors at the policy-making level, a group of supervisors involved in policy compliance, and a group of supervisors affected by the policy, were 17 persons obtained by purposive sampling. Use the Delphi Technique of Tomas T. Macmillan with a standard error of 0.04. The data was collected three times and analyzed by descriptive statistics.

The study results revealed that three groups of key informants had viewpoints consistent with consensus. The results will be create a model of the future military leader of the 1^st army support command in Koh Chan district in Chonburi province to plan for further organizational restructuring.
