A study of the performance of employees in a construction company in Bangkok

Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1) to study the performance of employees in a construction company in Bangkok and 2) to compare the operational performance of employees in a construction company in Bangkok. which is a quantitative research using a multiple choice questionnaire to collect data. The sample group used in this study consisted of 138 employees at a construction company in Bangkok. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, inferential statistics, t-test and F-test.

The results of the study found that 1) The data on performance analysis revealed that the respondents had a high level of opinions about their performance in overall performance (= 3.59, SD = .55). Classified by side, we found that features they had the highest level of opinion (= 3.77, SD = .661), followed by motivation (= 3.67, SD= .647), skills (= 3.58, SD= .604), self-esteem (= 3.32, SD = .870) and the lowest was self-esteem (= 3.32 , SD = .870) 2) different personal factors. There will be different performances of employees in a construction company in Bangkok.
