Creative Public Management Vision Model on Human Well-Being Index of Alpha Generation, Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the desirable factors, proposing a visionary model of creative public management relating to the well-being human development index of generation alpha, Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health. According to the future research theory method of using the Delphi technique approach to consensus of public and private experts on strategy for generation alpha’s well-being human development, 17 persons in total were selected by the Macmillan criteria, obtained by the purposive sampling. Consensus data were collected from in-depth interviews and questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics, including median and interquartile range (IR). The findings revealed that: 1) the two desirable factors: subjective factors consisting of clever thinking, helpful thinking, positive thinking, and empowering thinking, and objective factors, consisting of adaptation, learning, awareness, and increasing happiness. 2) the synthesized output of Gross National Happiness: GNH and 7S McKinsey. It  intends to progress the value creation of an integrated visionary model of creative public management, which could lead to success in the well-being human development index of generation alpha and achievement of society 5.0 for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) strategy and Thai people 4.0.
