Guidelines for Human Resource Development for Migrant workers

Abstract
This academic paper aimed to explain the overall framework of human resource development for migrant workers in Thailand which the government realized the importance to public policy. The paper begined with the situation of migrant workers and also discussed the importance of human resource development for migrant workers, concepts of human resource development. Lastly offered an interesting some suggestion in order to purpose the specific guidelines for human resource development for migrant workers in Thailand.
