A Study of the Influence of Transformation Leadership and Motivation on the Creativity of Squadron an Officers in the Central Region

Abstract
The study aims to 1) explore the impact of leadership change on employee creativity and innovation, and to identify the factors that contribute to employee motivation and creativity in the workplace. The study employs a quantitative methods approach, using both primary and secondary data to analyze the research objective. The data was collected through a survey questionnaire by Convenience Sampling were 106 civil servants in squadron. The data was also gather through questionnaires, the data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics were pearson correlation.
The findings of this research suggest that 1) perceived of Officers in the Central Region to transformational leadership at the high level especially ideology influences 2) transformational leadership and motivation have a significant impact on employee creativity and innovation. The study found that effective leadership, characterized by vision, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, can enhance employee creativity and innovation. The study also found that employee motivation, characterized by intrinsic and extrinsic factors, can influence employee creativity and innovation. The study concludes that organizations can benefit from investing in leadership development programs that focus on enhancing leadership skills and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. The study recommends that organizations should provide opportunities for employees to participate in decision-making processes, encourage risk-taking, and reward innovative ideas. The study also recommends that organizations should provide training and development programs that focus on enhancing employee motivation and creativity.
