Factors Influencing the Results of Nursing and Midwifery Licensing Examination among Graduated Nurses of College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research aimed to study factors influencing the results of nursing and midwifery licensing examination among graduated nurses of College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This research is quantitative research. Samples from the Taro Yamane formula using a purposive sampling selection were 121 graduated nurses who graduated academic year since 2011-2020. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire via google form according to convenience. Statistics used to analyze the data included frequencies, percentages, and Pearson's correlation coefficients.
The results indicated that the majority of the samples were female and most of them were 24 years old up. Most of them had GPA at 3.01-3.50. The time of tutoring nursing subjects’ content before testing of most graduates was more than 1-2 months. The majority of the samples passed 8 license tests to be qualified as registered nurses in the first-time round. The outcome showed that GPA related to the results of license tests of graduated nurses and it had a high positive correlation. Recommendations of this study are educational institutions should focus teaching and learning process on students. Nursing students in every level should be encouraged for high quality learning by using teaching process of major nursing subjects. Moreover, nursing schools should support academic facilities to them for good results.
