Guidelines Developing logistics competitiveness of agricultural and food transport operators in Udon Thani

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study logistics development, organization management of transport operators, transport operations, and the ability to connect transportation that affects the development of logistics competitiveness of agricultural and food transport operators. 2) study the influence of logistics development, organization management of transport operators, transport operations, the ability to connect transport, and increasing competitiveness in logistics, and 3) propose ways to develop competitiveness in the logistics. This research is a mixed method. The quantitative research has a sample group of 300 samples of agricultural and food transport operators in Udon Thani province. Stratified random sampling Use questionnaires to collect data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling. For qualitative research, data were collected through in-depth interviews consisting of executives, government officials, executives, private agency staff, transport operators, transportation business users, or those who have expertise in transportation for at least 5 years, both in the public and private sectors, a total of 15 people, and analyzed the data by content analysis.
The results showed that 1) increasing competitiveness in logistics for agricultural and food transport operators in Udon Thani Province. Logistics development; transport operations; the ability to connect transport at the highest level of all, and the organizational management of the transport operators at a high level. 2) Logistics development has the most causal influence on increasing the logistics competitiveness. Followed by transport operations, transport operator organization management and transport connection capabilities, respectively, and 3) guideline develop the competitiveness of the logistics include personnel development, service standards, and investment potential.
