Risk Management within the Organization of the School administrators of Wat Awut Wiksitaram School in Bang Phlat District Office, Bangkok

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the level of internal risk management of school administrators of Wat Awut Wiksitaram school in Bang Phlat District Office, Bangkok and 2) to propose guidelines for internal risk management of school administrators of Wat Awut Wiksitaram school. This research was a mixed-methods. The sample used in this research was 43 Wat Awut Wiksitaram school personnel for the academic year 2022, by Purposive Sampling. Use questionnaires to collect data. Statistics used to analyze data include frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. For qualitative data. Critical contributors to research interviews include directors of in-service groups, monitoring and evaluation of academic management, and school director, a total of 5 deputy directors of educational institutions involved in risk management within the school selected according to specific criteria, use content analysis.
The research showed that: 1) Risk management level within the organization of educational institutions of Wat Awut Wiksitaram school is high. Information and communication has the highest average at a significant level. The areas with the lowest average were follow-ups. 2) Guidelines for internal risk management of Wat Awut Wiksitaram school. Administrators should have comprehensive guidelines for managing risks in each aspect, considering learners' efficiency and being conducive to personnel. Control the environment within the organization, and listen to the ideas of others. Act as an exemplary leader and responsible for formulating policies and organizational control measures. Careful analysis of potential risks supervises risk management so that risk management policies are implemented by developing information technology systems to assist in risk management in educational institutions to ensure the quality of the school.
