Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University's Buddhist Method-Based Teaching System To Produce Desired Graduates

Abstract
The objectives of the research are: (1) to study the general knowledge of the Buddhist teaching methods to create desired graduates, (2) to develop the Buddhist teaching methods to create desired graduates, (3) to evaluate the Buddhist teaching to create desired graduates, and (4) to present the Buddhist teaching methods at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University to create desired graduates. The sample group used in the research consists of 169 fourth-year students at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Central Campus). The research tools used include questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 10 individuals.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The general knowledge of the Buddhist teaching methods to create desired graduates includes the following components: (1) The educational management methods at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University according to the Bachelor's Degree Education Regulations B.E. 2566 (2023). (2) The teaching methods of instructors, (3) The framework for the prototype of the Buddhist teaching methods aimed at creating graduates who are knowledgeable, virtuous, and capable of bringing peace to society. 2) The development of the Buddhist teaching methods to create desired graduates reveals that the system's development, which aims to create desired graduates with enhanced learning abilities, consists of five components (TIPOF): Teacher, Input, Process, Output, and Feedback. 3) The development of the Buddhist teaching methods at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University to create desired graduates reveals that the system's development, which aims to create desired graduates with enhanced learning abilities, consists of five components (TIPOF): Teacher, Input, Process, Output, and Feedback. 4) Presentation of a teaching system based on Buddhist methods to create desirable graduates has three aspects: (1) teaching principles to make graduates knowledgeable, (2) teaching principles to make graduates have morals, and (3) teaching principles to make graduates the leaders of peace.
