ประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันอาชญากรรมและระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยรถไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันอาชญากรรมและระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยรถไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้โดยสารจำแนกตามปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้โดยสารรถไฟฟ้ามหานครจำนวน 404 คน จากสถานีสุขุมวิท สวนจตุจักร พระราม 9 เพชรบุรีและสีลม เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 45 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.819 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้โดยสารรับรู้ว่าการล้วงกระเป๋าเป็นอาชญากรรมที่มีแนวโน้มเกิดขึ้นมากที่สุด โดยบริเวณสถานีและภายในขบวนรถไฟฟ้าเป็นพื้นที่เสี่ยงสำคัญ ประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันอาชญากรรมและระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (X̄ = 3.86, S.D. = 0.750) ด้านการบริหารจัดการกับความเสี่ยงมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (X̄ = 4.26) รองลงมาคือ ด้านกายภาพและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (X̄ = 4.17) ขณะที่ด้านการแก้ไข ฟื้นฟูและเยียวยามีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด (X̄ = 3.67) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ผู้โดยสารเพศหญิงประเมินประสิทธิภาพโดยภาพรวมสูงกว่าเพศชายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -3.981, p < .001) และพบความแตกต่างรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการดำเนินการ (p = 0.046) ด้านแผนเผชิญเหตุ (p = 0.008 ) และ ด้านการแก้ไข ฟื้นฟูและเยียวยา (p = 0.002) ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ข้อค้นพบชี้ให้เห็นว่า หน่วยงานควรเพิ่มการเฝ้าระวังในพื้นที่เสี่ยง พัฒนาแผนเผชิญเหตุและยกระดับระบบช่วยเหลือและเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบให้ชัดเจนและเข้าถึงได้มากขึ้น
