THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND THE EFFICIENCY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF THE TEACHERS IN PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOL (GENERAL EDUCATION) GROUP 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the instructional leadership of Phrapariyattidhamma School Administrators, 2) the efficiency of learning management of Phrapariyattidhamma School teachers and 3) the relationship between the instructional leadership of School Administrators and efficiency of learning management of teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools. The sample consistsed of 194 teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools (General Education) Group 1, school academic year 2021. The reliability of the instrument item was 0.98. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics: Pearson’s Coefficient Correlation. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The instructional leadership of School Administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools (General Education) Group 1 as a whole and each aspect was in the high-level ranging in order: providing incentives for learning, promoting professional development, communicating the school goals, framing the school goals, monitoring student progress, supervising and evaluating instruction, coordinating the curriculum, protecting instructional time and maintaining high visibility, 2) The efficiency of learning management of Phrapariyattidhamma School teachers (General Education) Group 1 as a whole and each aspect was at the high level ranging in order: planning and designing of learning management, measuring and evaluating learning management, managing classroom climate and learning activity management and 3) The relationship between the instructional leadership of School Administrators and efficiency of learning management of teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools had a positive correlation at the moderate level (r=0.649) with the statistical significance at 0.01 level.
