บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนเมืองและที่อยู่อาศัยในเขตการค้าชายแดนไทย – มาเลเซีย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์เชิงพื้นที่เกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของพื้นที่และการใช้ที่ดินสำหรับใช้ในการวางแผนบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ รวมถึงศึกษาแนวทาง รูปแบบ และกระบวนการของการพัฒนาเมืองในมิติของที่อยู่อาศัยที่เหมาะสม โดยมีกระบวนการศึกษาวิจัยแบบผสมผสานบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลและปฏิบัติการภาคสนาม 4 เทศบาลในเขตการค้าชายแดนไทย – มาเลเซีย เพื่อนำเสนอลักษณะของอาคารหลักให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะการใช้งานที่ตรงกับความต้องการของประชาชนในชุมชน รวมถึงนำเสนอสัดส่วนของอาคารหลักแต่ละประเภทในพื้นที่ที่คัดเลือกเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการจัดสรรรูปแบบที่ดิน พร้อมนำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเมืองในภาพรวม
