ความชอบธรรมขององค์การได้รับความสนใจจากนักทฤษฎีองค์การจำนวนมากโดยเฉพาะแนวศึกษาสำนัก
สถาบันนิยมใหม่ บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดและข้อถกเถียงเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดความชอบธรรมของนักสถาบัน
