ปัจจัยทางจิตสังคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยในชุมชนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เปรียบเทียบ โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดพื้นฐานจากรูปแบบทฤษฎีปฏิสัมพันธ์นิยม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสวงหาตัวทำนายที่สำคัญ และกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยในชุมชน เพื่อป้องกันโรค COVID-19 ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 380 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดตัวแปร คือ แบบวัดชนิดมาตรประเมินรวมค่า โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัดอยู่ระหว่าง .771 ถึง .952 ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านจิตลักษณะเดิม สถานการณ์ และจิตลักษณะตามสถานการณ์ รวม 9 ตัวแปร สามารถทำนายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยในชุมชนได้ 54.7% ในกลุ่มรวม โดยมีตัวทำนายที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัย รองลงมาคือ ความพร้อมที่จะกระทำพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยเพื่อป้องกันโรค COVID-19 และลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และพบว่ากลุ่มเสี่ยงด้านพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยในชุมชน ได้แก่ กลุ่มนักเรียนชาย ซึ่งควรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเร่งด่วนในด้านทัศนคติที่ดีต่อพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัย การเห็นแบบอย่างที่ดีจากครอบครัว การประเมินแก่นแห่งตน ลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และการได้รับอิทธิพลจากเพื่อนในทางที่ดี ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยนี้ ได้ชี้แนะถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาเพื่อเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยในชุมชนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำผลการวิจัยนี้ไปใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายเพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างพฤติกรรมสุขอนามัยเพื่อป้องกันโรค COVID-19 และใช้ผลการวิจัยเป็นพื้นฐานเพื่อต่อยอดการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในอนาคตได้
