การบ่มเพาะภาวะผู้นำปัญญาเชิงปฏิบัติ: ความท้าทายและโอกาสในระบบการศึกษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ
ในยุคที่สังคมเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว การตัดสินใจอย่างมีจริยธรรมและการรับมือกับความไม่แน่นอนเป็นคุณลักษณะสำคัญของผู้นำ ภาวะผู้นำที่มีปัญญาเชิงปฏิบัติจึงมีความสำคัญ เนื่องจากผสานความรู้ ค่านิยมเชิงจริยธรรม และการปฏิบัติในบริบทที่ซับซ้อน บทความนี้เป็นการวิจัยเอกสารเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้การสังเคราะห์เชิงแนวคิดเป็นวิธีวิทยา เพื่อวิเคราะห์การบ่มเพาะภาวะผู้นำดังกล่าวในระบบการศึกษาไทย โดยใช้กรอบของ Jakubik (2021) เป็นเลนส์ในการวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับงานวิชาการด้านการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและนวัตกรรมการศึกษาในบริบทประเทศไทย ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การบ่มเพาะดังกล่าวอาจเกิดขึ้นได้ผ่านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง การเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ และบทบาทเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้นำทางการศึกษาในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้เชิงจริยธรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม การบูรณาการแนวคิดดังกล่าวยังเผชิญข้อท้าทายเชิงโครงสร้างที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ระบบประเมินผลเชิงปริมาณ ความตึงเครียดระหว่างการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำกับการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ และผลกระทบจากเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ ในขณะเดียวกัน การวิเคราะห์ยังชี้ให้เห็นโอกาสผ่านการพัฒนาบทบาทผู้นำทางการศึกษา การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้สอน และการสร้างพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการเรียนรู้ บทความจึงนำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดและข้อเสนอแนะที่อาจเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาไทยเพื่อผลิตผู้นำที่ยืดหยุ่น มีจริยธรรม และพร้อมรับมือกับความซับซ้อนของสังคม
