โอกาสสำหรับคนไทยในฐานะแรงงานทักษะเฉพาะทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมบริการอาหารในประเทศญี่ปุ่น : ความเป็นไปได้ที่ท้าทาย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับโอกาสและความท้าทายของการทำงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่นด้วยวีซ่าแรงงานทักษะเฉพาะทางประเภทที่ 1 (SSW-1) และข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการสอบวัดระดับความสามารถทางภาษาญี่ปุ่น (N4/JFT-Basic) และการสอบทักษะความสามารถด้านอุตสาหกรรมบริการอาหาร งานวิจัยนี้พบว่า 1) โอกาสสำหรับคนไทยที่จะทำงานด้านอุตสาหกรรมบริการอาหารที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นด้วยวีซ่าแรงงานทักษะเฉพาะทางประเภทที่ 1 มีสูง เนื่องจาก จำนวนของแรงงานประเภทนี้ ในปัจจุบันมีเพียงประมาณ ร้อยละ 10 ของจำนวนสูงสุดที่จะรับ 2) ความสามารถทางภาษาญี่ปุ่นมีบทบาทสำคัญสำหรับการสอบผ่าน JFT-Basic/N4 การสอบทักษะความสามารถด้านอุตสาหกรรมบริการอาหาร และการสื่อสารกับบริษัทญี่ปุ่น และ 3) การขาดความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น อาจนำไปสู่ความท้ายทายด้านการเงินในการจ่ายให้แก่บริษัทจัดหางานเพื่อช่วยในกระบวนการสมัครงานจนกระทั่งเริ่มทำงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
