THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARTICIPATORY TRAINING MODEL TO ENHANCING ABILITY IN ONLINE LEARNING MEDIA PRODUCTION FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop Model  for  Participatory  Training to Enhancing
in Online   Learning  Media Production and study  the results of the model for  Participatory  Training
to Enhancing in Online  Learning  Media Production . This research and development had two step as follows. The first step was developing a model for  Participatory  Training to Enhancing in Online  Learning  Media Production. 1)  Analysis survey of computer teacher for enhancing in Online Learning  Media Production.  The sample group consisted of 144 computer teachers . 2)  Developing a model
for  Participatory  Training to Enhancing in Online  Learning  Media Production which was assessed
by 10 experts through focus group discussion.  And the two step was studying the results of the model
and the sample group consisted of 10 computer teacher. The research tool and data collection were questionnaire. The qualitative analysis applied  average(mean), standard deviation (SD), and t-test.        The results were as follows :  

1. Computer teacher had to develop for  enhancing in Online   Learning  Media Production.

The teacher needed to develop themselves in three aspect : knowledge, skill. The need for  enhancing in Online  Learning  Media Production must be higher than the teachers’ actual.

1. The  Development  of  Model  for  Participatory  Training to Enhancing in Online Learning  Media Production consisted of ideas, principle, quality, objectives, Content, training, Evaluate. The model  was assessed by experts through focus group discussion which showed that the development model was accurate, appropriate, practical and beneficial in implementing at the  hightest level.
2.   The computer teacher, after undertaking the participatory  training to enhancing in online learning  media production,  had increased in term of knowledge and attitude towards online media production compared to that before receiving  (.01 significance). In addition, the computer teacher 
   had skills ratings at the level of medium with an average of 100 percent after participating in the development model. The computer teacher were satisfied with the development model of  participatory  training to enhancing in online learning  media production  score at the like level extremely.
