Abstract
The research of Management Participation Model of Community Learning Center for Promote Learning Process of People in Phayao Province. The objective of this research were to; 1) to study the state and problems of management of community learning centers in Phayao Province. 2) to study the management of best practice of community learning center in Phayao Province 3) to develop the learning management model of people in Phayao Province 4) to evaluate the management model of the community learning center to promote learning process of people in Phayao Province. The quantitative and qualitative methods were conducted. Quantitative research population was classified 10 groups 398 person. Total research population comprise in 65,200 people. And population was 30 person selected by a specific involved the management of the learning center. For qualitative method, in-depth interviews of 10 person the Best management community learning center makers. And Meetings to develop models for expert 12 person related to the management of community learning centers. The Finding of this research were 1) Most of the people low level of opinion management of the community learning center. 2) Management of a learning center with the best practices must be aware of the importance of management in 4 aspects: Human Resource Management, Budget management, Resource Management, Management. 3) MANAGEMENT Model to Promote Learning Process of Phayao Learning Center. 4) MANAGEMENT Model found in research is very appropriate in 4 aspects: the principle and rationale of the model. The purpose of the model. The composition of the center management. The use of the management center.
