ความสำเร็จของบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นจากการดูแลโดยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน Maternal Role Attainment in Adolescent Mothers from Village Health Volunteers

Abstract

                       การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จของบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นจากการดูแลโดยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 30 คน และหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น 20 คน โดยมีการดำเนินวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การลงมือปฏิบัติ สังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ โดยดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ ประกอบด้วย รอบที่ 1 การวางแผนกับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเกี่ยวกับการดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น โดยสอนทั้งทฤษฎีและการฝึกปฏิบัติให้แก่ อสม. รอบที่ 2 ผู้วิจัยร่วมวางแผนกิจกรรมในการดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นกับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านดูแลให้ความรู้แก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น ผู้วิจัยสังเกตการทำงานของ อสม. พร้อมให้ข้อเสนอแนะและคำแนะนำ หลังจบกิจกรรมประเมินความสำเร็จของมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดที่ได้ร่วมกิจกรรมจากการดูแลอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสำเร็จของบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นจากการดูแลโดยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เกิดจากปัจจัย 3 ปัจจัยด้วยกัน คือ ปัจจัยด้านมารดาเอง พบว่า มารดาวัยรุ่นมีความรู้ในการดูแลตนเอง ภาคภูมิใจในบทบาทการเป็นมารดา เชื่อมั่นและมั่นใจในตนเอง และมองตนเป็นผู้ใหญ่มากขึ้น ปัจจัยด้านบุตร พบว่า รู้สึกรักและผูกพันบุตรมากขึ้น และปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ให้ความรู้และเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ติดตามเยี่ยมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ  ดังนั้นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เป็นบุคคลากรที่มีความสำคัญทั้งด้านความรู้ การติดตามเยี่ยม และการให้กำลังใจ ส่งเสริมให้มารดาวัยรุ่นประสบความสำเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดาได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งการพัฒนาอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านให้สามารถดูแลและเข้าถึงชุมชนในทุกๆด้าน โดยมองศักยภาพที่มีอยู่ เชื่อได้ว่าจะสามารถช่วยเหลือและพัฒนาชุมชนให้เข้าถึงสุขภาพได้มากขึ้น

Abstract

             This the action research design, to study maternal role attainment in adolescent mothers from village health volunteers. The sample were participants including 30 village health volunteers, 20 adolescent mothers. The process of action research conducted through two cycles, each of which included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The first cycle planning with the village health volunteers in the care of adolescent mothers by teaching and practice, the second cycle, the researcher participated in the activity planning to take care of the adolescent mothers with the village health volunteers and the health volunteers performed to health educate the adolescent mothers. The Observation, providing suggestions and recommendations conducted by the researcher. After completing the activity, assess the success of postpartum adolescent mothers who participated in the activities from the village health volunteers.

             The research found that maternal role attainment in adolescent mothers from village health volunteers caused by 3 factors, which are mother factors themselves, found that adolescent mothers have knowledge in self-care, proud of maternal role, believe in and self-confidence, and see yourself more mature, children factor found that they felt more love and attachment to children, and environmental factors, it was found that village health volunteers were knowledgeable and easily accessible follow up regularly which is in line with the role of village health volunteers. It is considered an important personnel in terms of knowledge visiting and encouragement which will allow adolescent mothers to be more successful in their role as adolescents, which, if developed by village health volunteers to be able to look after and access the community in all aspects by looking at the potential of available. Believe that it will be able to help and develop communities to have greater access to health.
