Motivation Factors Affecting the Performance Effectiveness in of Sale of President Bakery Public Company Limited

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) operational motivation, 2) operational effectiveness level, 3) comparison of effectiveness classified by personal factors, and 4) relationship between operational motivation and operational effectiveness of the Sale Division of President Bakery Public Company Limited. The population in the study was 200 employees of the Sale Division of President Bakery Public Company Limited by using questionnaires as a tool in the study. Data was collected by using percentage, mean, t-test, f-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression.  


The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were male, aged 31-40 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree, marital status, sales coordinator position, earned an average monthly income of 20,001-30,000 baht and had 6-10 years’ work experience. The motivation and supporting factors in the performance of the sales coordinator Division of President Bakery Public Company Limited were at a moderate level. The operational effectiveness level was at a moderate level. The different job positions affected the operational effectiveness and performance of the sales division of President Bakery Public Company Limited.  The relationship between motivation factors and operational effectiveness were at the medium level in the same direction. The average overall picture of support factors correlated with the operational effectiveness of the supervisor’s administrative staff, the governing methods, policy management, and administration career status, working conditions, job security, personal life, relationship with supervisors salary and career path at a moderate level in the same direction. The motivation factors in terms of responsibility, incentive, career advancement, supporting factors in relation to supervisors, and administrations influenced operational effectiveness performance of the Sale Division of President Bakery Public Company Limited with a statistically significant level of .05.
