Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1. Develop the model of teacher professional learning community for learning management of students in teacher-education. 2. Evaluation of teacher professional development community model for learning management of teacher-students. 3. For assessment of teaching ability which emphasis on competency in learning management through assessment of mentors and teacher-students 4. To assess opinions, the development of a model for the teaching profession for enhance the competency of learning management. Target group was professional experience in basic education institutions in 2nd  semester of academic year 2018, in the program Thai language from the selection of the amount of 8 people by using the criteria as students, professors responsible for research, communication, responsible, a total of 4 schools, divided into small schools. Remaining cumulative value and standard deviation


The research found that :


  1. 1. The results of theoretical reasoning examination and the possibility for developing and finding efficiency in the development of a form of professional learning community In order to enhance the competency of learning management by experts, it was found that the development of a teacher learning community model enhance overall learning management competency at a good level ( =4.45, S.D. =0.28)

  2. 2. Evaluation of teaching ability by focusing on learning management competencies. School administrators evaluated that most of them have teaching ability, with an emphasis on learning management competency at a very good level ( = 4.96, S.D. = 0.07) .

  3. 3. The results of the evaluation of the learning management competency of teacher students by teachers, supervisors, mentors was the overall level are very good .

  4. 4. The results of the evaluation of the teachers and teacher-students about the development of the learning style in the teaching profession to enhance the learning management competency were found to be at a very good level. Each item found that was very good level .
