Abstract

Abstract


             The objectives of the research are 1) the change management of school administrators under Krabi Primary Educational Services Area Office. 2) to compare the changes of school administrators, which classified by gender, academic standing, experience of school management, and the size of the study area. 3) the research is to gain some guidelines and recommendations about the change management of school administrations under Krabi Primary Educational Services Area Office. For the sample group, they are 136 school administrators from different schools. Questionnaire has been used for a tool to collect the information. The statistics was used in the this analysis are Frequency Value, Percentage, the Average, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, and one-way ANOVA. When finding the differences, then proceed the test in pairs by applying Scheffe’s method.


             The result of the research


  1. All of the change management of school administrators under Krabi Primary Educational Services Area Office is at a high level. The order ranges from the highest to the lowest is personnel, structure, technology, and culture.

  2. The result of the comparison of the change management of school administrators under Krabi Primary Educational Services Area Office classified by gender, academic standing, experience of school management, and the size of the study area find out that gender and experience of management have statistically significant difference at .05 level. When classifying academic standing and the size of the study area, there is no difference.

  3. For guidelines and recommendations of the change management of school administrators under Krabi Primary Educational Services Area Office, the majority of interviewees put the structure and personnel as the most important. Then, follow by culture and technology.
