Organizational Culture affecting learning Organization of Schools Under Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality

Abstract

         The purposes of this research are to study the organizational culture affecting learning organization of schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat municipality. The sample group in this study included 16 school administrators and 194 teachers and a total of 210 people. The subjects participating in this study the sample used by Multi-Stage Random Sampling by Krejcie& Morgan. Data were collected by using questionnaires with“Rating Scale” 5 levels. The data was analyzed by using software package to find Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation: Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis


          The results found that 1) the overall of the organizational culture of schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipalitywas high level 2) the overall of the learning organization of schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality was high level and 3) the organizational culture affecting learning organization of schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality. Culture of Participation, Cultural Unity, Cultural Adjustment and Cultural Mission, these factors can be predicted the organizational culture affecting learning organization of schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality, which accounted for 83.50 percent of the variance.
