The Desirable Characteristics of the School Administrators Influencing Administation and Management Process According to the Basic Education Standard of the Primary School under Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study the levels of the desirable characteristics of the school administrators of administrative process and educational standard management of the primary school, the relationship between the desirable characteristics of the school administrators administrative process and educational standard management and to create predictive equation to the desirable characteristics of the school administrators that affects administrative process and educational standard management under the basic education standard of the primary school under Singburi primary educational service area office. The data used in this research were 260 teachers. The research instrument in this thesis was the 5 levels questionnaires and the confidence value is .963.
The research results were found that 1) the levels of the desirable characteristics of the school administrators of the primary school is at the highest level. 2) the levels of administrative process and educational standard management in the basic education standard is very high. 3) The relationship between the desirable characteristics of the school administrators and administrative process and educational standard management in the basic education standard of the primary school is moderate . All the desirable characteristics of the school administrators were relationship with administrative process and educational standard management in a positive way with statistical significance at .01 level. 4) The desirable characteristics of the school administrators that affects administrative process and educational standard management found that there are 5 aspects that are the best predictor variables in the following order is knowledge and ability in Leadership personality Human relations Moral and ethical management and with multiple correlation coefficients is .452 and can predict about administrative process and educational standard management under the basic education standard of the primary school under Singburi primary educational service area office was obtained 59.3 with statistical significance at the level of .01 The predictive equation as follows.
